While we strive to provide accurate information, descriptions, and images of our products, we cannot guarantee their accuracy. Therefore, you agree to make purchases from our website at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund

Shipping and Delivery:
When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:
Express post
Express post with signature

Delivery will occur as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the chosen delivery method. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and statutory holidays.
You will need to pay delivery charges in addition to the price of the goods you purchase.
It is essential to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient's name. We are not liable for delivering goods to the wrong address or person due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
Refunds for Items
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your goods.
Refunds do not apply to sale items and damaged items without video proof at the time of opening. Compensation for lost or damaged packages during shipping will be provided only if the item has insurance coverage from Canada Post.
Please be informed that we are not responsible for any lost or damaged items during transit when the goods are not in our sole custody or control.
Returns
To make a return by mail, please follow these steps:
1. Pack your items securely.
2. Attach the return label included in your package.
3. Take the package to your nearest post office and pay for the necessary postage.
